Terrible User Experience

I bought a subscription to call long distance while traveling in Europe. Half of the time I tried to dial a number it would not connect me and after the iOS 7 release the app just freezes on the splash page. When I asked for a refund of unused subscription I was told that they do not do partial refunds. Thanks KeKu!
